You can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To return, you must use the original packaging received.
Please note: Personalized items cannot be returned.

The goods are not exchanged but only refunded, if you want to change an item you will have to return the one purchased for which you will receive a refund and order the replacement item again.

How to return?

1) Make sure that the items to be returned are intact, have not been damaged and are kept in their original packaging.
2) Fill out the Return request form.
3) Once you have sent the return form you will have to wait for our authorization, we will try to authorize your return as soon as possible, remember that we do not evaluate returns on the weekend. If you send a return request on Friday you will receive confirmation or denial starting from the following Monday. Do not send the package if the return has not yet been accepted.
4) If the return request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with the authorization to return the package, the address of our warehouse and all the specifications to proceed.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, therefore in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product.
Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to ensure they have been returned intact.
5) We will notify you with a confirmation email as soon as the return arrives at our warehouse, and within 15 days of shipping the return we will proceed to issue the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The return costs are at your expense.
