What is trademark?

The trademark is the identification number of the company that produced the jewel. The trademark is composed of a progressive number assigned to the company and the acronym of the province in which the company is located. Giuzi's trademark is 341 AR because we are the three hundred and forty-first company to have requested the trademark and because we are located in Arezzo.

What materials are your jewelry made of?

All Giuzi jewels are made of 925 silver. You can choose between the silver, gold plated or rose gold plated versions.

What does 925 silver mean?

A 925 silver jewel is composed of 92.5% silver and the remaining 7.5% copper and other metals, which serve to make the silver malleable. 925 silver is the most common on the market. For more information you can read this article.

What are platings?

Plating is a coating that serves to protect and color jewelry. Our jewelry is plated in a gold or rose gold compound so that the outside is gold or rose gold. Silver jewelry is plated with rhodium, a special protection that maintains its durability and prevents it from tarnishing.

Are your jewelry gold?

No, all our jewelry is in 925 silver. If you see some images of gold jewelry it is because they are gold-plated silver jewelry, the same goes for rose gold. You can easily understand that they are not gold jewelry by their price: a very thin gold necklace of a few grams costs around €200/€250

Do you use nickel? Is there nickel in your jewelry?

No, our production processes and those of our suppliers are nickel-free. In reference to the REACH Regulation and the European regulation UNI EN1811:2011 which came into force on 01/04/2013, the use of nickel, lead and cadmium is prohibited in all jewellery products intended to come into contact with the skin. We strictly comply with the regulation and ensure that all our suppliers do the same: it is important to offer quality products that do not harm anyone.

What does nickel free mean?

That the jewel does not contain traces of nickel.

Can I wear jewelry in the shower? Can I get it wet?

Wearing your jewelry in the shower or getting it wet frequently is not recommended because water and limescale tend to ruin the jewelry. That said, our plating is of excellent quality and can resist contact with water for longer than expected.

Can I take my jewelry to the beach or spa?

Better not, sea water and thermal water are very harmful for silver jewelry. If you want to know more you can read this article.

Do jewels turn black?

Silver jewelry can oxidize and turn black, this happens if the plating is not good or if they are put in contact with some oxidizing agents, such as: long exposure to light, temperature changes, limestone, sea water, thermal water, sweat, creams, perfumes. The platings of giuzi.it are of excellent quality, they resist oxidizing agents well and if you treat your jewelry with care they will not turn black.

Can I add gift wrapping?

Of course! You can add a gift box directly from the cart. Our gift box is completely eco-friendly, and includes: cardboard packaging box, jewelry box, velvet bag, information sheets on the jewelry material, sweets with biodegradable wrapping. Some details of the package may vary based on the availability of the materials used and at certain times of the year (such as Black Friday and Christmas) the package may be modified or updated, but it will always be a beautiful way to present your gift.

What payments do you accept?

We accept payments made by credit card enabled for online purchases, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Payments, cash on delivery/payment on delivery, Klarna (split the cost of your purchase into 3 interest-free installments, which will be charged to the card every 30 days) and Satispay.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, you can pay on delivery by selecting “cash on delivery” as your payment method.

Can I cancel an order?

Can I return a piece of jewelry?

You can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. To make the return, you must use the original packaging received. Remember: personalized items cannot be returned. Can I exchange a piece of jewelry?
