Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

The goods are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment from Monday to Friday and delivered on working days only (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery takes place within 48 hours in most Italian cities, in some locations (Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and Basilicata) the delivery time is approximately 48/72 hours.

Shipping to Italy is free.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY EUROPE
Shipping within the European Union and the United Kingdom is free for all orders over €80, for all orders under this amount a shipping charge of €10 applies.

We have chosen to avoid standard shipments and to offer everyone, in any case, express shipments for a quality service.

PACKAGING
To protect your jewelry during shipping, we use shipping boxes and cases made of FSC® certified natural raw cardboard with water-based glue.
All our packaging is produced in a facility with minimal environmental impact and low CO2 emissions for transportation.
On each package we report both the eco-label and the FSC® label, we do this to inform you about our concrete choices for environmental protection.

If you want to help us, recycle the boxes you received and reuse them until they are worn out, they could be useful to organize pens and pencils, to hide the evil judgments of people who do not know you or to collect small objects that always get lost, like the damned hairpins.
